Msg saying wifi is disconnected, but app says it is

• Thermostat states wifi is disconnected but the app shows it is connected. How do I fix this

There are a few things to check to further isolate the issue:

• Restart your Nest Thermostat.
• Go to settings > Wireless. Check if it is still not connected.
• Restart your WiFi router
