Multiple Names for Nest Home Location in Nest App

When i setup my Thermostat E on the Nest app, I went thru the procedure multiple times. Unfortunately, I created three(3) slight variations in naming my home and they all show up when I click the Menu on the Nest app. Only one has the thermostat device linked to it and the other two do not.  I do not use the other two but I am concerned over time if I have accidentally switched to one of them in the Nest app, I will think the app is messed up when it is not if I was only displaying the one with the thermostat connected. I would just like to delete these other ones but when I try, I get a message that I will have to do it in Google Home under Settings. However, I am afraid to delete my home this way as Google Home gives only one selection called Home (does not display the other duplicate ones) and I am afraid I will lose everything and have to completely setup the thermostat and account again from scratch if I do it this way. Is there a better way?

@Wayno2 , I am so sorry the community moderator deleted my response to you. So, let us try this again.
Launch the Google Nest App, when the app opens, you will see the “Home” radial button, swipe down on the screen.  You should now see all three houses you created.  Choose the one you wish to delete.  Tap it, then at the bottom tap “Remove” to delete that house.  Just repeat this for the second home you wish to delete.

@Wayno2 , if you go into the Google Home app, tap on the app name for the house you don’t want, then tap on the settings gear the very bottom right, you can edit that house and at the very bottom you’ll see “remove”.

Thanks but the Google Home app has only one of the three names listed. I can't get to a screen that lists all 3 like the Nest app does. Problem is that Nest directs me to Google Home for deletion anytime I select one of the 2 names I don't want in Nest. Also didn't see the gear you mentioned. Updated Google Home and Nest in case I had an older version(s) but I get the same results. Therefore, it seems like I am stuck in a "do" loop.
