Hi People 🙂
My partner and I just moved to our new house and the previous owner had installed for heating and hot water the Nest system. We have two nest thermostats with two "Heat link", one for downstairs (heat and hot water) and the other one for upstairs (just heat). The previous owner left us some indications but not enough to connect the hot water to the nest thermostat, he assured that hot water was working with nest system. I checked videos in YouTube, read blogs but unfortunately haven't found my answer
The heat works fine with the two thermostats and even in the manual mode
Could someone help me with this, please? I might be missing some setting to add the hot water option
Thank you in advance

Hey @EreaPita,
Thanks for reaching out. Here's how to set your thermostat to control hot water:
settings > equipment > continue > Pro setup
pro setup > continue > system boiler
heating on/off > continue for hot water on/off > continue
