My Nest Thermostat is fault - just like your warranty form

I need to make a warranty claim.

I've already had a technician come out and inspect our Nest thermostat, and they said it's faulty as it's not sending the correct o/b signal. Please put me in touch with someone that can help with my warranty claim. 

I tried on your warranty form here:
https://support.google.com/product-documentation/contact/nest_warranty
But that form is broken. After clicking submit, an error pops up saying:

'Refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form.'

I'm very disappointed to see that this problem has been reported several times on this forum in the last 6 months, and the issue with the warranty form still isn't fixed. It makes Google Nest and your products look very shady.

Why doesn't Google Nest fix its broken "warranty" page? Many customers, myself included, have reported in this forum for months that the page is broken and won't process a customer's warranty claim.

I have forwarded the broken warranty page over to our team, and they are looking into what the issue could be. I know this is not the most ideal experience, and our team is looking into getting this fixed as soon as possible.
