My Nest Thermostat went offline a few days ago

My Nest thermostat is not seeing my Wi-Fi network. I also tried to see if it would see my phone hotspot, but no luck. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tasks to no avail. The app and the thermostat will not show my Wi-Fi. Please help.
