My Nest has WiFi error code W5

My Nest thermostat is not connecting to my WiFi at all, it is not showing any WiFi although home has many access points available and one of them is just above the thermostat itself. Error comes with code W5.

I tried many ways but all failed unfortunately. 

could you please guide me what is the solution in my case.

i really tried all ways to resolve this issue but Nest did not respond. All devices reset were done. Nest repot and started again normally but unfortunately still cannot identify any kind of network WiFi at all.
