My best won’t shut off

 this is what my old therm looked like, I wired it up as the app stated but my cooling and fan won’t shut off.  At all.  I had to turn the breaker off to get it to shut off. Even when I pulled the green wire the fan kept running any ideas anyone this is how I wired it up

Since your fan is not a part of our scope of support for the Nest Thermostat and it still runs even though you've already disconnected the fan wire from the Nest Thermostat base, we recommend you contact a Nest Pro to check for your fan to diagnose and resolve your HVAC situation.
