My nest app can't connect to the machine learning Therostats

I want to connect my Nest Learning Thermostat with my Nest app on my iPhone. My Nest App is the latest version. the Nest Thermostats software version is 6.2-22

I tried scanning the QR code, entering the key, but I always get a connection error. the error code is TD024(6012) or TD024(4.8)

Could you help me to solve this issue?

Do you have other Nest devices in your house?

Yes, I have another Nest Thermostat 2020 in another floor

Try getting the one you are setting up close to the other 2020

Same issue installing two thermostats today.  The only other nest product is the doorbell.  So I should remove the thermostat from the panel and get it close to the camera and try again??
