Help! We have tried everything we can find on the internet to get re-connected to the wifi and nothing has worked!! Yes we restarted the router, yes we checked other devices and they all work, yes we uplugged the nest and replugges it in, we tried finding network, etc etc
How can we fix??

I have had the same issues. All of a sudden I get an offline message when things were working fine. I have gone through all the steps and suggestions it nothing works- cannot locate the WiFi
