Hi my best won’t charge or reset or reboot. How do I go about getting a replacement?

What specific Google/Nest device do you need help with? Are you getting a specific message or code when trying to charge, reboot or reset it? Also, could you provide a rundown of the steps that you've already tried so we could work from there? I'll be more than glad to check on your options when we've exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps but to no avail.
