I have tried all faq help guide recommendations but my thermostat e still won't connect to the app and the WiFi, I have hard reset my entire WiFi network in the house as well as factory reset the nest device, also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Has it worked before on this same Wi-Fi network? Also, are you getting specific messages or codes on your Nest/Google Home app or on your thermostat display when attempting to have it connected to any network?
