Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community and sorry for the delay here.
A few questions — is this happening on one mobile device alone? If unsure, is it possible that you try logging into another mobile device's Nest app or on a computers browser by going to https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w? Also, could you uninstall then reinstall the Nest app on your mobile device if there's any difference?
