 I upload photo of current wiring. It's a Honeywell thermostat. The upper right wire is O/B in case it cannot be seen.

Don’t bother buying a Nest Thermostat it’s garbage because. Google refuses to make it compatible with Matter. Buy an Ecobee instead. Google does not care about its customers after they’ve bought the junk.
