I have wireless internet 500mps/500mps in my home and ever since we installed the Google Nest thermostat my wifi keeps getting knocked offline and to my knowledge the thermostat has never been connected to my wifi. I am unable to reboot the system myself and have to call the internet provider and have them reboot my system each time it goes down. Because the system keeps going down they have sent a technician out twice and had them replace all of the equipment and the cables that runs to the equipment. Adding the Nest thermostat is the only thing that has changed in my home and everything worked fine before then. Any suggestions?
