2 years ago, we purchased a New builder home that came with a GOOGLE “Package” including two NEST Thermostats (3rd Gen Learning).
Went on vacation for 10 days, came back to an error message “not connected to Wi-Fi” on the main floor thermostat.
Tried to reset/restart 5 times and hit a dead end with the router instructions.
All of our other devices, including the upstairs thermostat are connected and working fine. We cannot get the Main Floor thermostat to reconnect.
How do we determine if it needs to be replaced ?
thanks,
Steve

Can you post a picture of how it's wired?

I can’t find a link to attach a picture. Not sure why it would matter, it was wired this way by the original electrician and has worked fine for 2.5 years. Thanks, Steve
