I can no longer set the temp while I am away. I could do this 2 months ago. What is the change?

Sorry to hear about this but thanks for posting. 

A few questions — were there recent changes made on your thermostat, Nest app, or mobile device before this started happening? Are you still able to see your thermostat on your Nest app? If yes, are you getting a specific message or a code when changing the temperature remotely?

Please tell us more so we could check on it further.
