We are trying to receive the discount given that the NEST 2nd gen is no longer app compatible. We purchased our new home in March and moved in April (NEST installed by previous owners) - because we didn’t register the NEST under my email until April 25th (FIVE DAYS AFTER the alleged cut off date) - they will not give us the discount code.
We have spent all day on the phone with customer service and received zero assistance. They have been very rude. This is absurd and we will be switching to Honeywell.
What a scam.
