NEST no wires detected, C wire has no power

We had a local company’s HVAC system and thermostat. They only had red and white coming to their thermostat. I installed the nest and connected all the wires as needed, matching nest wires and labels with condenser wires and labels. It keeps saying none of my wires are detected and c wire has no power.  Brown is my C wire from the condenser

The common wire may not be properly grounded, so the system uses power sharing but doesn’t get enough energy. Can you share with us a photo of your old thermostat's wiring? Also, please gather your Nest Thermostat's power readings in the Equipment settings and tell us the exact wiring code you're getting.
