Neat Thermo has worked & now isn’t pls help

I have had both my nest thermo’s for about 1 1/2years. All was fine and now one works and shows cooling in history as expected. The other shows no cooling history, but I am able to make it cool when I adjust it via the app. I ran it from the app 4 days ago and it ran for 15 min’s which was what it needed to get to 78 in cooling. Now the past 4 days it has run only 15 min’s each day. I know it needs to run more as the second unit is running 4 hours, which is normal and this room is typically warmer. Both are set identically, no auto sch, no leaf, No remember me, no anything, just cool to where I set thermo.  I recently left our utilities company energy programs, but this couldn’t matter, although they had a rush hour program where they could control your temps.  I’m not home now so I can’t physically do anything there but can have someone try something for me. It doesn’t seem to be acknowledging that it needs to go on for some odd reason. Appreciate any help. Thx

Hi Nestaway,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. Is there an instance that you have to factory reset your Nest Thermostat before the issue occurs? Also, What type of thermostat do you have? Please refer to this support article to check what type of thermostat you have.
