I need a warranty replacement for my nest thermostat. It seems to be working properly but there are a bunch of lines on the display.

I have tried that Warranty submission form several times and it keeps giving this message with no other detail. "Refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form."
It also says to go to these forums to get a faster response. "For faster response, please contact us using the standard Google Nest Contact Flow."
