Installed a new nest 3rd gen thermostat and it connect to my wifi and works my hvac system but I cannot get it to connect to the app. I have 4 plotter nest thermostats on my app that all work fine but this new one just times out and can’t be found by the app. Any suggestions on how to correct this issue?

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Are you getting a specific message or code on your thermostat display or Google Home/Nest app when adding it to your account? If yes, what is it?
It would also be great if you could provide a rundown of the steps that you've already tried so we could pick up from where you've left off.
