Need a recommendation to install Nest Thermostat (not Nest E nor Nest Learning)

Attached is the old wiring using a Honeywell thermostat. The house has a gas furnace and AC and doesn’t have a heat pump, why it uses a O/B wire in the attached pic?  I tried to use OB wire in Nest thermostat and it has been working for cooling but not for heating. Now both AC and Furnace are turned on for heating :(.   Is the old wiring in Honeywell thermostat wrong already and I shouldn’t  copy it?  Can you recommend how to wire in Nest Thermostat correctly for both cooling and heating? Thank You!

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what is the make and model of your HVAC system? Also, in what country are you located? Please share with us the photo of the wires connected to your system's control board.
