 I’m having trouble adding a second thermostat to my app. We have 4 total that need to be added and all of them are giving me this error code, I have done all the troubleshooting that is available in these forums. Has anyone found the answer yet?

Nest thermostat time stamp

I have a second home and suspect someone may be entering it while we are away. Our nest is in eco mode and shouldn’t turn on unless it senses movement. Is there a way to get an exact time stamp on when the air conditioner goes on and off? Dawn
