I have Nest Thermostat 3rd Gen and Heatlink. I've been using these devices for 2 years at my previous adress. I moved to a different place and changed the combi boiler to a new one. I can see the OT icon in the boiler connection base but I cannot use the OT in my thermostat. It throws 73H something but I also cannot use it in On/Off mode. Before I've changed the combi boiler, I could not use the Nest thermostat with the old one. It was throwing the same error but I could use OT wire with a different thermostat. So I am pretty sure the problem source is Nest thermostat. I tried to restart the heatlink and factory reset the thermostat in the end. It's not worked either. Please help me to fix this problem.
