Need help with checking Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Hi there, 

All the labels on my thermostat are not listed on the Google Nest compatibility checker. Would someone be able to help me determine whether my thermostat is compatible? 

There are following labels on my thermostat:

R W/Y Y/A GI Gm Gh C Rs Sc SB PS
