@Sidak ,

Your setup depends on your HVAC equipment.  Do you know if you have a Heat Pump?

@Sidak ,

Set up your Google Nest Learning Thermostat as follows:

Red Wire - Nest RC

Black Wire - Nest C

Blue Wire - Nest Y1

White Wire - Nest W2/AUX

Green Wire - Nest G

Orange Wire - Nest OB*

It's only pumping heat.

@Sidak ,

you have a heat pump with auxiliary heat and unfortunately, the version of the nest thermostat you have does not support auxiliary heat. Your OB wire Is yellow. On your nest thermostat put it on the OB terminal. Your Y terminal Appears to be a gray wire that’s attached on your old thermostat to Y1. Your White wire that’s going to W2. Is your auxiliary heat. Read your instructions that came with your thermostat and I’m not sure if you can put that in the W terminal of your version of the Nest thermostat and redefine it as auxiliary heat.
