Need to replace 3rd gen Nest Thermostat

I need to contact Google Nest Support about replacing my thermostat.  It has worked for years, but it is now continually disconnecting from my network.  It will reset and work for a few hours, then disconnect again.  I have gone through everything time and time again.  It is not my network, not the battery; it is very close to router.  No codes, nothing, just disconnects for no reason.  I am away a lot, and I need replacement, quickly, as I am going away in 10 days for 5 months.  PLEASE HELP ME NOW!!!!

Your Google Nest Thermostat cane with a 12-Month warranty. If a Nest Pro installed it, that warranty is extended to 36-months. 
If you are outside your warranty period you simply need to purchase a new thermostat.
