I have 4 Zone heat (baseboard) and 2 AC units. I have 4 thermostats. 2 heat and cool, 2 heat only.
I installed 4 nest thermostats but i could not the master bed room heat and cooling to set up. It will not reconize RH and RC. I thought I had a bad nest thermostat and returned an received another one. I have the same issue.
I put the *bad* thermostat in my downstairs heat/AC and it recognizes the wiring.
So i went back upstairs and swapped the RC and RH and now it recognizes those wires but will not recognize the yellow. So i just reinstalled the old Honeywell 1998 thermostat and every thing works fine. i have just 5 wires, RH, RC, W, G, and Y. I can use some guidance
