Hi all,
I'm from the UK and have a 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat. The heat link appears to have died after being installed for 15 months. We've confirmed there's 230v mains to the input but there are no lights on the heat link. I've tried factory resetting it, leaving it off for a few minutes etc and all the usual suggestions but it makes no difference.
Can you please advise on what I can do next.
Kind regards
Ben

This exact thing has happened to me also. I see an H71 error on the thermostat.
Heat Link will not power at all and electrician has confirmed that power is getting to the device.
Powering via the Micro-USB connection shows lights on the device but still cannot pair

Common problem, Heat Link dead you need a new one, or repair.
The USB port will do nothing for you, that is just a service port.
