Nest 3rd Gen offline Power 3.8 lin 40 repeated restarts

Nest is 11 months old and was! OK.

Other wifi devices OK. Restarted Nest several 4 times. Power was 3.8 lin 40

So many! youtubes on this same 'offline' subject

@Gary1943 , if the battery is at 3.8 V and the line input current is at 40 mA, you have insufficient charging current to maintain the battery. However, the battery has enough charge. It shouldn’t be restarting itself.  Now, if the battery is bad, And other words not able to take a full charge and maintain it, Then the unit will have to be replaced
