How do I contact someone I believe my thermostat is not working and it’s still under warranty. A week ago it went offline, I tried to reconnect and it wouldn’t. Now was blinking red charged with charger reset it to connect to WiFi that didn’t work and now una able to add to app again. Now not holding battery at all. It keeps shutting off after a few hours
