I own a two Nest Thermostat (Gen 1), a Google Nest Hello Doorbell and a Nest Protect.
This could be coincidence, but ever since we install the our new Google Nest Hello Doorbell, our Nest Thermostat has been consistently offline for almost ############ hours a day. Our wifi is fine (tested it on numerous devices) and the issue is only with the Nest App. I've checked on multiple devices and they continue to show offline in the Nest App. However, in the Google Home App, both devices show normally and have no issues.
I've tried factory resetting both Nest Thermostats and have tried updating my phone and reinstalling the app, with no changes. Is this an isolated incident/anyone know of a solution?
