- What thermostat do you have?
- Do you have a schedule?
- Have you tried to do any troubleshooting steps?
- Is the thermostat offline?
In the meantime, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the Nest App is up-to-date.
- Check if you have any updates on your device (iPad, Phone, Tablet)
