Hello,
I have a third gen Nest learning thermostat. It works fine, and always shows to be online and up and running. The app on my phone always shows it to be offline. I can see it through my Xfinity app and is connected, and not blocked or anything.
Can someone please help? It’s driving me nuts.
Here’s the fun part: as soon as I move the ring or adjust the temp, I can close the app and reopen it, and it shows it’s up and running.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Try checking it with your other mobile phones, iPad or tablet and see if you're getting the same issue. We would also recommend you to reinstall your Nest app and restart your Wi-Fi router to refresh its connection.
