Nest Compatibility

I have a dual heat system using a Bosch heat pump and a gas furnace as a backup. Will this Next unit work?

I cannot upload a phot it seems, but I will list the wires on my current Trane thermostat.

R - Red  (24V Power)

O - Orange  (Heat Pump Valve Direction)

Y - Yellow (Cooling)

G - Green (Fan)

B - Blue  (24V Common)

W2 - White  (Heat)

X2 - Black  (Aux Heat)

The descriptions on the side should be what they are assigned to. The heat pump itself has just 3 connections (CM, Run, and Direction), using wires Blue, Yel, and Org. So Yel must come on for both cooling and heat. But in heat the Org must also come on for the heat pump direction valve. Meanwhile the furnace must get the aux heat command from the Black as I understand. The Nest has G,R, OB,Y,C,W. So how does this connect? Which Nest terminal is for heat (Heatpump), and which for Aux heat (furnace)?
