Longtime NEST user. My wife and I have been using the NEST app for many years so this is not a startup issue. (You need to add another category for other issues!).
We were asked to switch to Google but did not. Then we got new iPhone 15’s. My phone works fine, hers dies not. Been trying to fix it for a month w/o success.
I can see the NEST on her phone app but can’t adjust anything. All I can do is change from Home to Away & back. That’s it! How can I get her phone working?

Have her sign out of the google account on the nest app, close the app, reboot the phone for good measure, then open the nest app and re log in, being sure to use the same account that was granted access from the primary nest account, all should appear from there.
If that fails, you can log in to the nest app on your phone, settings, home, family, and make sure her account is listed there.
