Nest Delay for 3mins

I''m having an issue on cooling where the Nest  goes to delayed for 3mins then turn back on during temp change on my schedule. Temp does not rise high enough to turn off. Nest temp does not reach room temp but  AC is turning off during peak hot part of the day when it should be still running.. Just started recently.

Regarding your last line, about AC turning off during peak hot times, is it possible that your electric co. has you on a peak-reducing plan where they cut your energy use during times of peak demand?  I know that many utilities have such programs, and I gather that some work with a Nest, but I don't know anything about them.  (I apologize if this is a wild goose chase that has nothing to do with your problem.)

Hello everyone. Thanks for your feedback. The issue occurs when I set the temperature on the schedule. I can set the temperature at a different time and Nest will show delayed when the temperature change. I tried turn on/off Home/Away Assist. Disabling activity. Rebooting etc. However, Nest is better after I changed the schedule temps then re-enabled activity in Home/Away Assist. Haven't got the delayed in 4 days so far.
