Nest E Not Displaying the Number 7

I have 2 Nest E thermostats and they have been working fine for 2.5 years.

One of them recently started having a strange issue. It doesn't display the number 7 on the temperature readout.

For example, If I set to it 78, it only reads 8. If I set to 77, no digits are displayed.

It still controls my HVAC system fine.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about what's going on with your thermostat? 

 

Have you tried manually rebooting your thermostat display? If not yet, it is best to start with that route. Here's a guide: https://goo.gle/317Wg4S
