I have installed the heat link and turned on the thermostat - but the thermostat is only showing the “house” home icon with a downward pointing arrow above it. I can’t get past this screen.
This seems to be an instruction to download the Nest App (but it is showing on the thermostat…..) but I already have the app on my phone!
if I try and add the thermostat to my Nest app, it times out and the error message TD0023 comes up - which tells me the thermostat is not in the right state to pair to the phone.
Any ideas what I do next?????

Maybe try resetting your thermostat as it seems to be stuck in modus. 😊

I have tried this - the thermostat turns off, then the Google logo appears, and then the same picture of a house with a downward pointing arrow above it appears.
It is obviously frozen in this mode - how else can I try to force it to reset/restart ???
