Nest Gen 4 App Modes

I am new to google nest and am wondering why my app only shows 1 mode. 
I only have the option if cool mode on here. I was trying to switch my heater on at the house but not seeing the option to switch modes? 
Going to post picture here but it’s not giving me an option to do so.

You can post a link to a picture from any site, like Google Drive, and such.
