Nest Generation 3 Learning Thermostat

Dear Friends

I have purchased a Nest Learning Thermostat rom a plumbers merchant. It will not power up at all . It worked fine for 6 months and then had issues with connectivity. I have now tried to charge and nothing happens. Please does anybody have a number  can contact.

What is the model of the Nest Thermostat you purchased?

If you have a Volt Ohm Meter, test the voltage between R and C.  You should see between 17 to 28 volts AC.
