Nest H2 error on thermostat and heat link flashing green and orange

Hi there,

My Nest thermostat has stopped working all of a sudden. It is showing the H2 error for Heat Link saying "The power to this thermostat is off" 

My heat link is flashing continuously between a green and orange light. 

I am unable to adjust the heat or turn it on using the thermostat or the app. I can manually turn it on by clicking the heat link button once. 

I've tried resetting the thermostat and the heat link but to no avail. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

sounds strange...

try closing ALL nest and google Home apps on all devices and log back in.

Think I have found this worked.
