My heatlink has suddenly stopped working - no lights at all but 240v is present at the terminals. Pressing buttons etc has no response.Thermostat shows H72 error
I understand that the 3rd generation commonly had a faulty diode and google will replace the unit !
How can I get google to send a replacement ?
