Unable to connect to iPhone while connected to Android. Need help

If I understand correctly you've connected your thermostat to the app on your Android phone, but are now looking to control it using an iPhone as well? If that's the case, simply sign into the app on your iPhone using the same account you're using on your Android phone and the thermostat should be there?

Okay well that is strange, and you are 100% sure you are using the same account?  Do you use a Google login, or a nest login?

@David_K is correct.  Don't overthink it, so many people assume they need to do some special setup when changing phones.. you do not.  Simply sign into the app on the new device and your nest devices will appear

This is wrong statement, even though I am logged into the app, I didn't see the nest device.

Second follow up, go to home.nest.com and login there, do you see your thermostat there ?
