Nest Heat link dead, power to it but no led lit

jonalderman

My Nest Heat link module is dead.

Power is being supplied and has been checked at 240V, no breakers tripped no fuses blown.

The Heat link led is not lit and of course this means the thermostat is not working so no hot water or central heating.

Can I ask you how do I organise a replacement under warranty asap?

Hi Christian

Thanks and yes, Heat Link replacement was received after 5 days, installed and works fine.

Easiest way is to ring Nest

Many thanks but in the meantime I found the Warranty claim form and have submitted one. Hope that works

That's up to you, but a phone call will normally get the replacement to you within 24hrs, I will be interested to see how long that way take.
