My Heatlink is no longer functioning. I have followed the advised steps posted in the community links however the HeatLink no longer lights up or responds to reset protocol.
The Heatlink is receiving power and the boiler is functioning fine from same source. The Heatlink and Nest thermostat have been in place for less than two years.
Please advise next steps?

Same issue here but Google has not been responding to any asks for help, trying to solve this for over a month now.

Make sure to include the display serial starting with 09A, the email associated with your Nest account and your full post address. Also make sure to include your username in the Social handle field so we can identify the form you submitted.
