Hello,
I've gone through the Nest setup process several times and I always get a "Unable to communicate with Google" after I connect my thermostat to wifi. It tells me to restart the process, Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, to isolate the issue, could you try rebooting both your Nest Thermostat and your router?
