Nest Learning Gen 3

I had all devices connected to therm. My wife phone dropped off  so I tried to reconnect . I could  not. So I did a full reset and now only one device will only connect .I tried everything to connect and I'm to a point  to give up. 

I have reinstalled all apps and went thru the setup and still will not connect. The apps are looking for the Therm but the threm will not go into connect mode . Just only on the first one that got connected.

The initial setup can only be done once with one device. Once setup, you need to follow these steps to add it to additional devices:
