Nest Learning Thermostat V3

Prawn
Community Member

Yesterday I had a new EE fast fibre system fitted and the Nest will not connect to it  😞

Having tried EVERYTHING possible, including resetting back to factory settings, from the Troubleshooting suggestions site, I have now run out of options on how to get the Nest online again. Can anyone help please?

All other WiFi enabled items work with the new system,  just not the Nest Learning Thermostat V3!!

Hi Prawn,

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: Do you see any message or code on the Nest Learning Thermostat's Settings > Network? How far away is the thermostat from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat? Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)? Also, are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?

I'll look forward to your response.

Best,

Zoe
