Nest Learning Thermostat - WiFi no longer connecting

Hi, Like many people I am having the following problem.

My Nest Learning Thermostat is approx 50ft from my router. WiFi connection was solid for about a year and a half. I have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks available. Have also tried offering Personal Hotspot connectivity from my phone but the thermostat sees none of them.
I performed a full factory reset and same problem, it won't see any WiFi networks.
I have another identical thermostat installed elsewhere in the house which continues to work fine.
Does not find networks automatically.
Does not connect to networks when information is manually entered.

Battery status is fine at 3.838V.
Software version 6.2-27
